October 31st, Happy Halloween!
To be honest, I’m not technically dressed up today. I suppose I could tell you I’m dressed up as a new Mom who’s pants don’t fit (yet) – so yeah, we’ll go with that. 😛 I could’ve worn by desert jacket and bdu’s however it would’ve been lost on the people I work with (you need something a little more obvious).
When I woke up this morning, I couldn’t stand the thought of not dressing up at least a little bit so I did do a mock SG-1/Vala outfit. I wore my black bdu jacket and patches, a black tank with the slit cut in it and a black long sleeved v-neck (similar to what she’s worn in season 10). I also have my Magnum boots and web belt with a pair of stretch black jeans (no way I’m getting into those black bdu pants yet! lol).
So tah-dah! I give you SG office attire which may be a cop-out but it’s all I’ve got today. lol My darling daughter was given a super adorable Wonder Woman costume so she’ll be sporting that tonight when we go to dinner at Grandma’s. She’ll more then make up for my lack of costuming today. 🙂
See, I sort of made an effort…at least it’s a nod to a costume! lol
